get your pass and acommodation

Good question! We have negotiated a very good deal with our venue partner, Scandic Bergen City. When booking your accommodation via us, you are secured a room in the hotel where we have all workshops, parties and buffets. You don’t need to take one single step outside the building if you don’t want to, but will still be staying in the heart of Bergen.

Festival-pass
To get your festivall wristband upon arrival, please show the QR code in your ticket/confirmation email, along with Identification.

Accommodation
Shortly before the festival, we will provide information to Scandic Bergen City about your stay. Upon your arrival, you will need to provide the hotel with your full name, Identification and that you are festival attendee.

All accommodation provided via us includes breakfast buffet on Saturday & Sunday, Lunch buffet on Saturday & Sunday, and Dinner buffet on Friday and Saturday.

If you book extra nights Thursday-Friday and/or Sunday-Monday, these only include Breakfast.

The hotel resaurant is 10 20 seconds away from the dance floor, and 60 seconds away from your hotell room.

Due to the agreement between Bergen Mambo Weekend and our Venue partner, Scandic Bergen City:

Your pass includes a 300 NOK venue fee per pass, where the attendee is not a hotel guest. This amount is deducted in the hotel prices listed under accommodation - meaning the accommodation rates are reduced by 300 NOK per person sharing the room.

This is because of how the booking tool works. If you book a double room, this is for 2 people - and the same for triple rooms and 3 people.

The ticket insurance is provided by our ticket solution partner to protect you as a consumer. This is not provided by Bergen Mambo Weekend.

No. All hotel guests who book with our festival discounted rates must also have a festival pass (full pass or party pass). If we detect that a hotel room guest does not have a pass, they will loose their right to accommodation.
